Explanation of terms
Preliminary
Period: Period intended for the demonstration of LPM data to
clients. It is for internal use only. During this time LPM
overnights are released on a 7-day delay, LPM VIP reports are
delayed 10 days, and permissible uses prevent use of LPM data for
live business transactions or negotiations. During such period, the
Meter Market/Diary data remains the only currency.
Transition
Period: Period during which both MM and LPM data can be used as
live currency.
LPM Trend Data
Begins: Date from which data can be legally used for
historical purposes, even though data may have been preliminary at
the time.
LPM Data Live
Date: Date when LPM data becomes legal currency. Depending on
the DMA, Meter Market data may be concurrently used if there is a
Transition Period.
LPM Only Start
Date: Date on which LPM becomes the sole currency of the
marketplace.
