newly designed Local People Meter website daily, for more
information.
Los Angeles Market
October 3rd was a
landmark day for Local People Meters in Los Angeles. The first sample
characteristics and the first overnight reports for the Los Angeles
Preliminary Period were released to LA subscribers. This was the
first opportunity for clients to take a look at the preliminary
information and start analyzing the data. Please remember that the
Preliminary Period data is for internal use only and should not be
used for planning, buying, selling, or promotional purposes.
On the
same day of the release of the first Preliminary data, 170 LA clients
met with Nielsen’s Local People Meter team for a market-wide
presentation on Statistical Research and Field Operations. After the
presentation, clients were able to demonstrate a People Meter first
hand and watch Nielsen recruitment videos in both English and Spanish.
